BEST WESTERt KENT NARROWS INN

Terrible experience for my 80-year-old parents at this hotel which I had made reservations for them for a wedding weekend. The first room was not cleaned. It had debris in the toilet, and the beds and overall room were not cleaned. They gave them a second room which also had debris in the toilet left from the previous guest and the bathroom overall was not cleaned. The room was full of various bugs. For the amount that is paid each night for this hotel, it was a terrible overall experience for them and will definitely not be using this hotel for any future needs.

The Inn in located close to many restaurants and is easy to get to. Staff are very pleasant and go out of their way to help. Rooms are exactly as pictured, but very dark and dated. Mattress needs to be replaced as broken down into marshmellow "firmness", huge cement pillows, and duvet means when very old cooling unit blasts on you either freeze or burn up when it stops. We planned to spend most of the day on the balcony relaxing and enjoying the bay view, but there isn't a private balcony. It's two chairs in front of the window on the walkway to the rooms. Breakfast = yogart, fruit, waffles are ok; coffee is excellent; but the rest is abysmal. Powdered egg rings, gristle sausage, dry, hard biscuits more like cardboard...better to grab fruit, coffee, then run away and eat elsewhere.

It was clean , good price small bathroom, watery juice. Not bad breakfast eggs sausage bananas yogurt waffles bagels Pool n hot tub was nice had a 4 th floor room of the bay nice resteraunts across the street microwave and refrigerator a lot of good resteraunts near by. Went to Talbots very cute area some boutiques resteraunt and bars skimpy towels at pool
