Wingate By Wyndham Bwi Airport

The first issue we had was that the TV had no connection. I called the front desk and was told that the guy who could fix it would be able to look at it when he came to work at 11:00pm. He didn't come to my room so I called again. He came up and explained that it wasn't the TV, it was the weather and it wouldtake time to buffer. The next thing that needed addressing was that the pull out bed had no sheets on it I called again, he said they were locked up and couldn't get to them until tommorow. I told him we needed them tonight and there must be a vacant room. He said he'd check. Never called back so my son went down, found him and told him he needed sheets and pillows. Thee guy only gave him one pillow and the sheets. They sent me a text when I checked in to use for requesting stuff. I sent a text requesting g another piow and a roll of toilet paper that went without resolution. I tried watching TV, nothing so I requested a new room. That TV worked but they didn't put any soap in the new room! They never swept the new bathroom, there was hair on the floor and the sink didn't drain, it filled up from just brushing my teeth. There is barely anyone at the front desk, the line eventually stops ringing, sometimes they will call you back but not always.

Staff was rude ! Hotel manager yells in your face , points his finger in your face, rooms have ants and roaches, the “breakfast” is the same every morning just a plain bagel, and juice, hallways smell horrible like smoke, people sleeping in the lobby late at night. Don’t waste your time at all.

Good park n fly situation. Flight arrived at 3 am, didn’t want to drive home with no sleep. Driver picked us up in the middle of the Night.
