Everything was perfect. Check in was easy - codes for the room and house came in plenty of time. The whole hotel was extremely clean. Room was lovely and spacious. Bed was excellent with a nice firm mattress. Lots of snacks and fantastic coffee available 24/7. Sitting room was beautiful and nicely decorated for the season. Easy walk to the boardwalk and beach. We were extremely happy with our stay at the CC and will stay there again.

Nothing short of amazing! This place deserves 10 stars. The attention to details make it so cozy and beautiful, the cleanliness, the location. Cannot wait to come back!

I booked this weeks before I read any of the reviews, it just seemed quaint and worth a try and if it was bad we were only staying for 2 nights. A few days before we were to head down I read the reviews. All 5 star. Come on, in all my years I never seen that many. I was skeptical thinking all their friends and relatives wrote them. Well to my surprise they were all correct. First and foremost the place was gorgeous. The room and common area was as clean as a whistle. It shouted luxury from the get go. All the bathroom fixtures were gold plated, yes even the toilet handle. While we only booked a room, which was comfortable, the bathroom was more than adequate. Even had a hamper for dirty towels instead of throwing them on the floor or in the corner like many hotels. The parking was perfect. Just a block away right at the beach so we didn't need to carry our beach chairs back everyday. Just left them in the car. The common area had a nice little coffee, tea area with a wide assortment of snacks, from fruit to trail mix, to popcorn and was always well stocked. The Coastal had a nice half wrap around porch to enjoy a morning coffee or afternoon snack. There was also a fantastic roof top lounge that could comfortably accommodate 20 with nice chairs, tables, mini sofas, and a lounge chair for two. What was also pretty cool was key-less entry to both the property and your room. While we stayed in key-less places before this was the first one that you didn't need to carry a card with you. Once you opened your room with a personalized code they send you the door locked automatically behind you in 5 secs. Met the owner Cindy a few times who was gracious and fun to talk with. She recommended some local places to dine at with our favorite breakfast place Ready's just a few blocks away. All in all this was the first place where the ratings actually lived up to experience.
