Great property in Ocean City. We check in late because of traffic on the road. Direction to our unit was provided. Our unit was clean and everything working. We have no issues with our stay. Short work to to beach and short drive or bus ride away to the boardwalk. We will be back.

The rooms were dated and dirty. When to next room arrived they were noisy and the thin doors did not keep out the sound. Then the next room started smoking pot. The smoke came under the door and through the vent. It was after office hours and I left a message with the service twice with no results. Smell was so bad we left. When I called the next day they told me they could talk to the guest in that room. Stay away. Don’t waste your money.

Inside is fine, just a bit old. Office is closed on Sundays if you have non-emergency questions/needs.
