I have to say this is the first hotel we ever left prior to our stay ending. The pictures are very misleading, they have another property next door and it is filthy , dark, and neglected. I understand that beach hotels are not lavish, but this was absolutely unacceptable. Broken glass in the vestibule, filthy elevator, carpets was so disgusting and stained, hallways dark and dingy. Room carpet disgusting, I can not believe people walk on it bare foot. No towel racks or toilet paper holder. Bathroom fan hanging off ceiling. I was so disgusted I did not even take pictures. People were slamming chairs around on the decks at 1am, kids yelling in the halls, people smoking cigarettes and pot on the decks. Do not waste your time and money!

We got there early asked if we could ck in he said room won't be ready til 3:30 got in the room it was horrible tub had a big patch and it was dirty a left over roll of toilet paper with hardly anything on it, no other toilet paper, not enough towels for all 4 of us, everything just looked dirty. There was a can of cigarette butter left in the corner of the room so it stunk. I had to go to the office to get toilet paper and towels told them that's not the room we were supposed to get that I'm very unhappy no toilet paper and that it's a really dirty. I wouldn't suggest anyone stay there. They just looked at me like I had two heads when I complained.
