I am a Hilton" Twam Member" who spends countless days,and nights at Hilton properties. This past weekend,February 20-22,I had yhe unfortunately experience of staying at the Hampton Inn,in Salisbury Maryland. The rooms were clean,so that's a given,but the guest I had above me started running,banging,dropping what sounded like bowling pins at 11:30 on Saturday night,and it's now 1:09 am,and they're still at it. And of course I complained to the front desk,and they supposedly " said something " to them,which made them worse. I'm certainly alerting corporate first thing Monday morning, because this is underly ridiculous, as well as disrespectful.

This hotel is very clean, well kept, and the staff is super friendly and helpful. The breakfast was also very good and I had no complaints except for the bed. Unfortunately, the bed felt old and rather stiff. Everything else about this place is great.

Due to the lack of professionalism by the front desk representatives when checking in, housekeeping and the abrasive woman during breakfast, I cannot recommend this hotel. The front desk representatives had a personal conversation during my check in. One of them (black woman) even said a curse word…really.
