La Quinta Inn & Suites Salisbury

There is a certain level of service expected at any hotel. One can tolerate a rude check-in, can excuse not being acknowledged as a Hilton member with its accompanying gratis, can ignore an old tired room with red stained carpets, however, the one MAJOR requirement of a hotel is at least a warmish shower. The shower was ice cold. Will never stay at this hotel again

We stayed here for a softball tournament. The hotel was clean and tidy. The rooms have a lot of room and space for a large family or serval girls hanging out. Some of the Staff where great. John at the front desk was AMAZING! There was a bar and restaurant inside the hotel. Unfortunately, when i asked for more towels not one came and i had to go get them myself. I was charged a pet fee but dont own a dog. There was also no phone in the room to call the front desk. Had to use my app. They were shorted staffed. We would stay there again.

First time in Salisbury to visit the university...pleasantly surprised by the location of the hotel. Clearly recently remodeled and done with care. Johnny at the front desk was great, as was all of the wait staff (Ainsley) and bar (Jen) at the restaurant. Highly recommend the burgers. Definitely staying again...
