Needs updating, parking is crazy. They need to get better tv channels other than analog. There was a service dog two doors down which I really don’t think was a service dog as it was barking at us on the patio and when I walked down the hall he came out of the room after me barking, service dogs don’t do that. The handle to the patio door was broken.

You pay extra for parking and it is like a maze to get to the hotel unless you have to park across the street which we had to quite often and still had the maze to deal with. Also the 2nd day we were there we could find no parking at all and we were not the only ones. Nothing like paying for parking that is non existent. Then there was the room, every thing was rusty inside and out, the inside of the entry door was dirty, the grout in the bathroom was so caked with crud you could see it as soon as you walked in the bathroom. The floor looked shiny and clean but don't want in your barefeet as you will get so dirty you will have to wash your feet. I scrubbed that grout on the tile till sweat poured off me and still didn't get it all off. The crud which came off from around the soap dish and lever for the tub was so much it made me gag. Which is my other point and probably why everything is so rusty in the room. despite the air conditioner it was very humid in the room. One elevator to five stories which meant you often waited a long time and then when you wanted to go down you had to wait for it to go up first. That is if you were lucky enough to be able to get on it at all. Often times it was too crowded for anyone else to get on. I never saw any of their cleaning staff with any cleaning supplies. The only thing I saw them do was to take towels and trash out. For an almost $400 a night stay for not even ocean front room you expect better.

Assistant manager Mickey she is amazing she makes us feel more like family not just a customer staying. She is always cheerful, polite and very helpful when we have questions about the hotel.
