We have used hampton inn and suites for over 15 years. We are easygoing people, so we've let things slip here and there. Inconvenience and discomfort is slowly trending up. We checked into a room with an AC unit so loud that we couldn't interact with each other without yelling. In addition, the unit had ice building in it, didn't cool off the room very well. Tried to watch TV and unwind, but couldn't hear that either. I called front desk and asked if maintenence could take a look at it. She said there was no maintenence. I asked if there was another room with AC unit that works. She said they were booked. I have no idea how we slept at all. Sounded like an 18 wheeler was idling in our room. Too hot to turn it off. I've written mostly good reviews, ignoring the downward quality of the general experience. As the years go by, it's evident the pride has fizzled, and the building is worn on the inside if you really look at your rooms. Also, not very clean when it comes to detail. They "shine it up" as they say, but you better bring bleach wipes and clean every surface when you get there. The wipes were filthy. We wont be staying there again. I recommend the new one across the lot. Belongs to same company, but at least nothing will be broken, and if housekeeping is untrustworthy, hasn't had time to get too dirty. Doors slamming at all hours of the night, not on the weekend. Maybe i should've been thankful the broken AC noise muffled the slamming doors. Didn't bother taking a photo of the dilapidated areas. The biggest thing was the constant noise from AC check in til check out. I left the unit on, not that it matters because it was on when we got there. Obviously someone knows about it. We should've been offered a discount for our discomfort and inconvenience. I may call them about it and see if they give a rip. Last night, front desk wasn't interested in my experience. If they compensate us, I'll post what they did.

We stayed at this location for a gymnastics meet. The rooms were clean and very comfortable. The service was good. The price was reasonable but appeared to be higher because of our event.
