HILTON GARDEN INN SILVER SPRING NORTH

I was at Hilton Garden Inn, Silver Spring White Oaks from May 28 to 30th. The room was musty, not cleaned and dark. It was a bad experience. I will not use this hotel again.

Some infrastructure woes were a let down upon our late evening arrival but Kiddy and Nelson, the morning staff at this property, are a dream team. They absolutely went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and rectify the concerns from the night before. A+ callouts: Comfy beds, great linens & pillows and a well appointed gym with a peloton bike.

Hotel is in a decent location although last year we stayed here and someones car was broken in to. There are places to eat nearby. Room is dated but ok. Hot water was room temp in the morning. They charge for breakfast then dont have regular breakfast items. We ate there once on a four day trip and they brought us something we didn't order and said thats all they have. Then forgot another part of the order that we asked for three times while eating. Bring your own toilet paper as what they offer is so thin it's see through. Didn't have cleaning while we were there at all, at least for our room. Told the lady we'd be gone 2 hours and she was right by our room and 3 hours later she says she was about to get there. That was 4pm. The hotel is quiet and we received trash bags and towels when we asked since nothing got changed while we were there.
