HOMEWOOD SUITES BY HILTON BOS-

My family booked thru Hilton Honors app to stay one night to break up a long drive home. The app said nothing about the pool being broken which my children were looking forward to swimming. We get up to the room and curtains are ripped and the ceiling fan won't turn off, go to pull out the couch for my children to go to bed and it's broken. Call the front desk and maintenance can be here tomorrow. No room to move us to. We had to jimmy it with the couch cushions to prevent it from sinking on one side because it's missing screws. Tried calling Hilton Honors and was just put on hold forever.

The location was great. The Atmosphere was different since you would walk down a long hallway before getting to room. The Room size was perfect for a family. The breakfast was blah. Wish this hotel would upkeep the property especially outside with trash in the parking lot and broken curbs in the parking area.

We stayed for 1 night in June 2026. Upon checking we were told that we got an upgraded room we didn't know what that ment until we opened the door and were pleasantly surprised walking into a 2br suite. Very spacious room and quiet. The furniture can use a refresh especially in the breakfast area but we had a pleasant stay.
