Worst experience ever. Staff not willing to help. The man who answered the phone in the afternoon was incredibly sarcastic and just awful. I forgot my charger in the room and he refused to look in the lost and found items until I begged. Terrible experience with customer service.

Great accommodations and attentive and efficient service make this hotel an excelent value for money in Braintree. This unit raised the bar of the network. Great option for those looking for a calm staying.

Somebody messed with my mirror outside in there parking lot & the lady at the front desk was very rude and didn’t accommodate after they messed up on there end and gave us a dirty room not to mention wasn’t the type of room I even reserved
