COURTYARD BY MARRIOTT LOGAN

We were welcomed by someone who said they were not sure our room was available; when e asked for linens for the sofa bed, we were given all we needed but no help. The moquette was dirty. Positive note the shuttle to airport.

I am usually a fan of Marriott but tonight the customer service was an epic fail. I arrived at Boston Logan Airport at 8:45 pm. I called the shuttle number for the Marriott Courtyard Boston Logan Airport. No one picked up on the first call. I call the customer service number to assist me. The representative gives me the number that I dialed. I called a second time and am automated service informed me that I would receive a link via text to complete my reservation. The link never came. I was able to find a direct line to the hotel and spoke to the manager who said that he would send a shuttle…it never came. The irony is that I canceled my reservation at another hotel because of poor reviews about the shuttle service. Now, I’m thinking I made the wrong choice.

Our company stayed at this hotel and we use the meeting room over the weekend. I was supposed to fly out and my flight canceled inthe middle of the night. The staff at this hotel is genuinely the best upon check-in. The gentleman at the desk are always a treat to see the blonde haired lady. I forgot the names, but she was wonderful as well on answering questions and helping me with another room reservation along with the manager, Bessie Kim is always spectacular even though thelobby was full and they were checking in everyone she still made time to help me and let’s not forget Christine in banquets she is absolutely It’s always a treat to return to this property, even during an airline crisis they are there. The rooms are clean. The hotel is comfortable and the staff is over the top. Highly recommended job well done.
