Lenox Hotel

What a gorgeous hotel set in a location that is central to all things downtown!! Including ‘the Duck Tour’ and Lukes Lobster Cafe - the yummiest lobster bun for lunch! Judy Garland stayed here and the vibe is welcoming, and very relaxing! My room is spacious and clean!! A dream hotel to stay at with affordable costs! All staff are very helpful, friendly, supportive and knowledgeable!! A great place to stay in beautiful Boston!!! I need to come back!!! Xx🎉🥰

4.7 is insane. Seriously. What are we doing here? The rooms are fine but tired. Management even admitted that last time I was here (I’ve stayed 4 times in the past 2 years). That said the restaurants and bars are GREAT. The weird thing is the 4-5 people out front are often just chatting among themselves and a bit too cool for school much of the time. The bartenders two times ago were complaining about management but haven’t heard anything while at the bar tonight. The location is AMAZING, so maybe 3 stars of the 4.7 are for location which I get. But this is NOT a 4.7 star hotel.

The staff was very friendly and attentive to Details. The towels were so very soft and toiletries smelled heavenly. The Restaurants: Willow and Ivory Sweeney The Irving had very good food and service. They tried everything to make my stay better and they accomplished everything!
