Liberty Hotel

We arrived very early (basically unannounced) after a cancelled flight and red eye rebook before a scheduled cruise beginning the next day. The Liberty Hotel staff pulled out the stops for us, in particular Justin at reception, and Marissa & Ashley at the in-house restaurant aptly dubbed “Clink”. The hotel is adjacent to the Mass General Hospital campus as well as the site of the notorious 19th century Charles Street Jail, so there is lots to see and do here when weather cooperates!

Great, historic hotel. Top notch service and staff.

Just a quick shout out for Marissa at Clink. The morning was extremely busy , the hotel was booked and several flights were cancelled due to weather. In spite of all that she treated us with kindness and displayed excellent service and attention. We appreciated the extra care she took and her attitude was outstanding!
