Reviewers note the rooms our small. Response from manager on Trip Advisor reviews is: "Regarding your comments about the room size, our Wicked Small Room is, as the name suggests, intentionally compact. We strive to set clear expectations by prominently listing this unique room type and offering honest descriptions both online and offline." Our room was about the smallest hotel room we ever have been in and compared to hundreds of other hotels over 50 years. We were not informed at booking or check - in that we were getting a small room. We don't even know we if we got one of the wicked rooms. And we are Hilton Honors members. This was $300 for one night. The a/c did not work well. Calling the front desk was useless as nobody answered and it went to voice mail, multiple times. Tiny bathroom as well. Minimal bathroom amenities and nothing special. It seems there are many better choices of places to stay in Boston. Meals in restaurants were average at best. Am not sure if all the elevators were running. There were long waits to get on one. Nice location. Am surprised at this Hilton experience. The overall vibe and experience was quite blah.

Service at the hotel was incredible! I normally stay at one of Hilton’s competitors, but this stay is making me double-think that now.
