RESIDENCE INN BOSTON WESTFORD

I booked a King one bedroom with a pull out sofa bed for my stay because I was traveling with my child. The room had NO sheets, blankets, or pillows for the sofa bed (which is odd considering that the reservation was for THREE individuals and the room included a sofa bed…first time experiencing having NO linens or pillows for the sofa bed). When I went to the front desk to request linens and pillows for my child, I was told that I could have a sheet and a blanket but that they had given out ALL of their pillows and didn’t have anything to provide to me for my toddler. When pushed for a solution, we were told they could give us a second blanket that we could roll up like a pillow, which was ridiculous. We bought him a pillow to sleep on. Additionally, the bathrooms were old and need to be refurbished, hallways and rooms smelled of mildew. Only redeeming quality was the breakfast and breakfast staff. The breakfast was pretty good, to be completely honest, which is why I’m even giving 2 stars.

This was possibly the best non-luxury hotel we have ever stayed at. The room was clean & spacious. The pull-out sofa was comfortable. The rest of the hotel was well-maintained with friendly staff. The breakfast was well-stocked and had quality food. We wished we could have stayed more than one night.

Lovely quiet hotel. The staff was friendly, rooms clean, breakfast was substantial. There were a few glitches like internet connection but staff helped to correct the situation. Kyle was absolutely fantastic. The hotel no longer has a computer and printer to use and I wanted to print my boarding passes. Kyle went above and beyond in patiently assisting and I was able to get my passes. The location is appealing as it sits back off the road. There is a shopping area with grocery store, restaurants and some stores within about a quarter of a mile. The exterior is also clean and well landscaped. The re is a pool, basketball courts, outdoor grills and an outdoor seating area.
