Boston Marriott Burlington

Overall average Marriott property outside Boston. Stayed here for 2 nights on a business trip. Hotel and roons are reasonably clean, otherwise nothing special. During my stay in May the hotel was frequented by lots of school and business groups, so ir was very busy especially at the elevators.

I’m currently staying at this Marriott in Burlington, MA. This hotel is truly awful. It’s very old and dinghy. First of the all the bed is very very uncomfortable. It actually feels like straw. Each side has an indentation from overuse and the sheets smell like sweat. They have tried to modernize but all that is just lipstick on a pig. At least have comfortable beds and linens. I’m paying 350.00 a night for the quality of a super 8. It really is unbelievable for far the Marriott brand has sunk. The rest of the room is also very worn as are all the common areas of the hotel. The A/C barely works and everything just feels dirty. Do not stay here. You truly get better quality and comfortable beds at the Hampton Inn over in Woburn. I certainly won’t be staying here again.

Hotel location was great, continental breakfast was delicious . My kids and I would never forget this experience. Restaurants near by and museums all around. The Air force museum right around the corner. Marie was amazing, she made staying at this hotel great . Very welcoming and went above and beyond to make our stay exceptional, it was my daughter 15 birthday and I can truly say we will never forget the stay and wonderful experience. I would definitely recommend this hotel for families with kids.
