Manager needs way more training in speaking with people. Terrible service. Good location and it stops there. I’ll pass next time. Sonesta is up the street and going there from now on.

Front desk staff is friendly, and the room itself was clean and modern. Breakfast was a standard Holiday Inn Express breakfast, though they did have a few things not working (ex; pancake machine). Location near public transit is convenient. The main issue here was the HVAC unit. The very basic control panel doesn’t have an option to constant run the fan- so I was constantly woken up by people talking outside, noise of water running through pipes, trains passing by, etc. Very simple oversight for the property to address.

The typical American breakfast very very short (Apples and bananas every day the same) scrambled eggs with sausages one day, with burger another day, chips in slices, cupcakes, juices, coffee, machine decaffeination, yogurt only two types (always the same). No chacinas, variety of pastries, cupcakes always the same, etc... I think that like us in Europe, in Spain, we take them into consideration and have breakfast in their style, reciprocity could do the same..
