Heritage House

Not a great hotel. Not clean. Broken fixtures. Dark room. Location good for central Hyannis and Main Street but there are surely better options. Too expensive for what you get.

Less than average at best. One front desk staff was wonderful and the other was very lazy and arrogant. Bathroom door didn’t lock and bathroom was tight. Tub shower which didn’t drain well. Two towels revived for two people and housecleaning every three days. Long, dark hair throughout room. Rooms are in need of a renovation. Odor throughout hotel. Breakfast was not good. Very crowded as it seems like near by hotels all do breakfast at comfort Inn. Outside pool had guests cursing upon our arrival. We elevator holds two people. Pay extra for a better hotel.

Room was clean, staff was friendly, the breakfast wasn’t anything spectacular, but adequate. The view was of a parking lot, and the hotel is located within walking distance of some local attractions. If you aren’t looking for anything fancy and are just looking for a place to sleep at night, it’s worth the stay. We would stay again.
