booked in error in August called within five minutes to cancel. They refused to answer the phone return emails or texts and kept the money.

Walls are paper thin. You can hear everything in the next room. Don't complain to management cause they don't want to hear it and will only call you names. So many better places to stay than this dump. My friends will never stay here again

We had a very unhappy experience with this hotel and its management. We booked at the the Commercial street location for one night at just under $500 for the night with taxes. The room did not match the photos online by a long shot. The room was shabby, with worn furniture, carpet that was so old it was not adhering to the floor. There is no person on site and you can only communicate by text. We asked to be moved and were told they were full. We communicated our displeasure with the room and the reply was “see if you can do better elsewhere “. We asked for a refund from our credit card company and were given one. Because the hotel requires a damage deposit of $150 before check in (which they did return because we left the room as we found it) the hotel made a second, unauthorized charge on THAT card for the entire reservation amount (we disputed that charge and were again given back our money by the second bank). There is no phone number to reach hotel management directly. I will never again book at an independent hotel without communication directly with a human being to confirm this is a reputable hotel and not a “bait and switch“ operation!!
