This was our second time staying at the Old Harbor Inn, the first time being 4 yrs ago. Both visits were great! Ray and Judy do such a great job. They are so welcoming from the minute you walk through the door, and it continues throughout the entire stay. This time we had our adult son with us and they made him feel right at home! Because there were 3 of us, we stayed in the Stage Harbor room which can accommodate 3 people. The Stage also has its own designated parking spot on the front of the house which makes coming and going very convenient. I also need to mention the cleanliness. Old Harbor is the cleanest place we’ve ever stayed! Not sure how Ray, Judy and the staff keep it so clean, but don’t think I’ve ever seen a crumb or piece of dirt on the floor during our two visits. Old Harbor is next to all the shops in Chatham, and walkable to the Chatham Fishing Pier. I would recommend checking out the fishing pier on an afternoon when the fishing boats come in and see the seals hanging around the boats. We’ve driven to see other Cape towns during our two trips, and while other areas are nice to visit, Chatham is the ideal place to stay because of its location. Can’t imagine another B&B where the owners are more welcoming than Ray and Judy and their staff. Will definitely stay a third time if we make it back to the Cape.

Old Harbor Inn in Chatham, MA is our favorite place to stay on the Cape! This past week we experienced a wonderful time there with dear friends, and celebrated our 50th wedding anniversary. The Inn owners - Judy and Ray - are a delightful couple and very caring. The entire staff is exceptional. They make the most delicious breakfasts plus fresh home baked treats every day. The rooms are spotless and unique. Location is perfect as the inn is on a quiet street, and it's just a short walk to Chatham shops and restaurants. Always an Excellent '5' experience!

It was a delight to be back at the Old Harbor inn located in the lovely town of Chatham. We’re from Scotland and we first stayed here two years ago as part of a tour of Boston and New England. We couldn’t wait to return and it did not disappoint. We were made so welcome by Ray, Judy and their wonderful team. Our room was fabulous, super clean with luxurious towels, linen and a very comfy bed. The breakfasts are delicious and all home cooked as is their home baking which is available throughout the day along with teas and coffees. We left too early for breakfast one morning to catch a ferry and were still offered a light dish of fruit and yoghurt plus home baking to keep us going on our travels. Another bonus worth mentioning is there are beach chairs you can borrow along with a beach brolly and towels which we took full use of when we enjoyed Harding’s beach. This inn is delightful so we can’t recommend it highly enough and we’d love to return in the future.
