Newer hotel but disappointing service. Not up to Marriott standards. Rooms were to have housekeeping per welcome letter day 3. All they did was bring in new stack of towels and did not not put on bath rack and emptied trash. Beds not changed, bath counters not wiped down, body soap and shampoo empty. Called front desk, on hold 10 minutes. Check out day due to being with a group we were advised to put bags outside room door 6 am. At 6:45 they had not picked up bags to put on our bus that was leaving at 7 am. We had to go back to get our own bags. Hotel desk clerk not aware of these arrangements. Being a Bonvoy member no perks at this facility. Not even a complimentary bottle of water, had to buy for $3.00. My opinion is this facility is in a tourist location and they don't feel they have to take care of the guests. Also it is post high season and may not have appropriate staff.

Mid at best. First room they put us in? Moldy OPEN HOLE in the shower ceiling. Rooms were musty, luckily we just needed a bed & a shower so we barely spent any time there. Spiders ALL OVER the front doors, pillars by the entrance, & at one point inside the hotel entrance (there’s 2 sets of sliders as you enter so there’s a small space in between them before you enter the lobby) & at one point there were at least 4 IN THERE TOO. Even if you aren’t afraid of them like me, it was still just disgusting. The pictures are highly edited, not that pretty & bright inside. Everything is run down & dirty. Tv was broken & 2 men had to come into our room on a Friday afternoon to fix the box just for it to break a day later. Don’t stay here unless you have no other options. The front desk people were nice though & switched our room immediately after we told them about the ceiling! Other than that not a great stay.

We stayed the night whilst visiting the area… it was a quick but lovely visit. First of all, I would move to the area in a heartbeat. Great location. The room was nice - equipped with a microwave and fridge. The gym and pool were nice; we pretty much had the place to ourselves. Breakfast was good - there was a little quiche-y thing that was really good. My kids loved the waffles. We didn’t have much interactions with the staff, but when we did, it was great.
