Lovely hotel rooms are all clen staff very friendly and helpful especially Sophia will stay here again This was the 2nd time here we had 3 family rooms beds are so nice to sleep in best night sleep in a long time x

Filthy, bugs, dark, moldy shower, NO locks on windows (which didn't close all the way). Broken appliances, old, worn out, disgusting and smelled like cigarettes. I tried to report this to Travelodge and they told me that the manager refused to give me a refund. I was NOT asking for a refund, I was trying to get someone's attention to real security issues!

The dense carpeted floor was damp and sticky. It was not pleasant having to have to wear sandals around the room. The mini fridge was propped up on paper towels and the door did not shut properly. We did not have to use it, but the HVAC in our room did not look to be in good shape. The exterior walkways seemed to be crumbling. Generally, it looks like the place was not well taken care of. Also, the walls are very thin. On the plus side, the beds and pillows were actually very comfortable and the bathroom was nice and clean and had a new toilet. Also, there was fast and reliable wifi. For these reasons I give it 2 stars instead of 1.
