Unfortunately, we were very disappointed with our stay. We stayed here from 9/22–9/24 for our wedding, and for $509, we expected a much better experience. There were numerous issues with the room: several outlets didn’t work, the pull-out couch was broken, the microwave smelled, there were stickers left on the furniture, there was only one small trash can, and the shower had no hot water. What made it worse was that we were not offered another room, and there was no staff available who could actually help us address or fix any of the maintenance issues. It was especially frustrating to deal with all of this while staying at the hotel for our wedding. We expected a clean, comfortable, functioning room, and unfortunately that was not our experience. For the price, the condition of the room and lack of assistance were extremely disappointing, and we would not stay here again.

We stayed at the Springhill Suites Peabody for three nights August 1-4 to start our New England vacation. It was a comfortable hotel in a good location for getting to Salem and the Cape Ann towns and close to a mall with shops and food. On our first night, we had an issue finding a place to park due to unusual circumstances beyond the hotel's immediate control, and we were impressed with the professionalism and problem solving skills of the hotel staff, notably Abby and Adriana, as they handled the situation. My main reason for wanting to leave this review is to give these two kudos. (Note: parking is not normally an issue - they have a lot on site, and I believe there is even an EV charger.) The pool and hot tub were a nice way to relax after a long day of walking around Salem. We found our room to be clean and quiet.

The front desk staff were so lovely and helpful. They could accommodate every single need every guest had. I’ve never seen such experienced staff. Thank You for all you do!!
