Crowne Plaza Pittsfield

Parking lot is a disaster. Hotel has a strange cigarette smell and uncomfortable unclean vibe. 600 for the night of July 3 and it was an outdated dump. We left because we felt so uncomfortable. For that price, it should at least be clean. Come on.

The hotel did not report major construction of the entire parking lot. And it was muddy walk across the whole lot. There was only one elevator as the hotel decided not to repair the other 2 they have FOR THREE DAYS! Check out was a nightmare as with so many floors and breakfast, it took 20-30 mins to get an elevator ride down. Front desk staff was lame. I would not stay unless I confirmed the construction was done, elevator all fixed. It’s also a bit worn out in the rooms. Towels were small. It’s just a bit long in the tooth. Do your research before staying here

Have stayed several times here. Rooms are comfortable, views of the mountains from high floors are great. Central location and good restaurant across the street worth checking out. Some rooms have kitchenettes too. Due to ongoing construction the hotel provided free valet parking that was fast and convenient. Good value for money as the area in general is expensive. Kripalu yoga center and other places are an easy drive away. Most importantly STAFF are all fantastic and really caring about their jobs.
