Courtyard by Marriott Stoughton

I have stayed at this Sonesta many times in the past- at least 20. My last visit was awful! I knew something was very wrong when we pulled up at 630pm and saw a man urinating against the building and a bunch of Hations in the parking lot drinking beer and playing loud music. I WAS FURIOUS!! They NEVER TOLD ME IT HAD 90% MIGRANTS AND 1 FLOOR DEDICATED TO GUESTS!! THE PLACE WAS DISGUSTING!! Lobby furniture was stained and filthy!! They removed all the computers- the alcohol from the bar and all the items from the little convient store with in. I mean FILTHY!! Trash barrels with trash spilling out everywhere- windows were greasy and filthy- beer cans all over the parking lot- men drinking and partying ALL NIGHT!! Our room was disgusting! It smelled! Plus we had the additional bonus of listening to the fire alarm going off and on most of the night. Our floor smelled like something was burning- I told the manager to call the fire department but he refused- so I did!! There was a toaster with a melting cord plugged in at one of the migrants rooms. I was SOOO FREAKING ANGRY!! They never gave us the option of letting us know that it turned into a migraine hotel and played it off like it was still the regulus and that's not so when I question the manager they refuse to give me reimbursement -they told me I would have to call the corporate office to complain, -which I did and I left at least five messages and no one got back to me. I will never stay there again!! -the management down to the migrants, down to corporate office- are all a bunch of liars and have destroyed the property!! DESTROYED IT!! And what a kick in the gut to top it off they're using my tax dollars to pay for these people who aren't even supposed to be here and are destroying the community I've never been so angry in my life stay the hell away from

I am absolutely FURIOUS!! We knew something was wrong when we saw random men of color milling around the parking lot aimlessly! My husband and I have stayed here SOO MANY TIMES- And I will NOT BE BACK! I'm getting charged to stay at this FILTHY HOTEL and they never bothered to mention that it is a migrant hotel!! Furniture in the lobby is STAINED AND TORN, GREASY HAND PRINTS ON ALL THE GLASS- SMELL IS DISGUSTING!! SMELLS LIKE ROTTING FOOD!!! IM WRITING TO CORPORATE WHEN IM DONE HERE! I CANT GET A REFUND BECAUSE I USED AN APP TO GETMY DISCOUNT!!! Btw- our 50" TV is now a 27" in the room! Stains that look like sh- t in the tub! Wallpaper torn- WHAT TF HAPPENED HERE?????

I had a king room with a balcony. The room was big and very clean. The bathroom was fine and clean as well. The staff was friendly and helpful. My only two complaints was the people above me also had a balcony and I could hear them constantly opening and closing the door to it. It was a bit annoying while trying to go to bed. The other issue was that I couldn’t control the the ac unit in the room. I tried to change the temp and the fan speed and no matter what button I pushed nothing changed. Luckily the temp and speed it was at was ok but I wanted it to be a bit colder. The complimentary breakfast was simple but perfectly fine. Overall I would stay here again when back in the area.
