I stayed here for just 1 night in July. Check in was amazing and so was check out. Every single employee that I encountered at this property was professional, fantastic and very caring! On my day of arrival, I had taken a fall earlier in the day while visiting Salem. Honestly, I was pretty banged up and ultimately had to go to the ER. Not being from the area, I took a chance on checking into my hotel first. Upon arrival, the front desk clearly noticed I was a bit stressed and a little banged up. I explained my situation and the young girl and young man (I'm so sorry I didn't get their names) worked on getting the name of a nearby hospital for me to go to while I went up to my room to clean up a bit. On my way back down to the lobby, I encountered a manager in the elevator and she asked if I was OK. I explained my fall earlier in the day in Salem and that I was trying to figure out the location of a nearby emergency room. She walked with me to the front desk and all 3 of the employees agreed and came up with the same hospital recommendation. I did go to the recommended hospital and was treated and released after about 4 hours. I then returned to the hotel and had the task of getting my luggage to my room. I had chosen not to bring the luggage up earlier on the off chance that I was admitted to the hospital. I have to say, when I returned, I was not expecting anyone to help me. The man cleaning the floors offered to get my luggage for me when he saw me grab a luggage cart (I'm not going to lie, my face was pretty banged up and I was now using a walker). I did decline his offer because some guests staying at the hotel had already offered to help me with my luggage and they wanted to make sure I got to my room OK. They were a tremendous help as were all of the employees that I encountered. Now that I was settled in my room for the night, I was able to notice how clean my room was. Clean! Quiet! Comfortable! Spacious! And, the room was big enough that I was able to get around with my "new" walker. Considering how the day had gone earlier, I did sleep very well in a very comfortable bed. I made sure to set the alarm so that I didn't oversleep and miss breakfast. I thought breakfast was going to be a challenge because of the walker. Naturally, when I arrived at the breakfast area, there were no seats available as I was there at peak time. I had a nice woman (guest) offer to help me get my food as the walker was a huge obstacle (LOL). And breakfast, there were plenty of options to choose from, both hot and cold, so I ate well. At check out, there was a very nice young lady and I asked her to please let the crew from the night before know that I appreciated their kindness and help during a very stressful time for me. Their caring attitude and professionalism will never be forgotten. All said, I would absolutely stay here again! I will need to work better at planning and plan a stay for more than just 1 night next time.

Reception girls were miserable. Breakfast sausages were over microwaved "Brown n Serve" type. They were like cardboard! No USB connections in rooms.
