TRAVELODGE WEST SPRINGFIELD

Well, we stayed here with a few friends because it was close to six flags New England. You are in Springfield Massachusetts so I don't really know what else you'd expect besides crack heads and hookers. The man at the front desk was very very friendly and nice and cooperative. Gave us a room for 5 people and a dog at no extra charge than a normal room. The door to the room barely closed all the way and there was no lock besides on the door handle, I was very nervous leaving my pup in the room for a few hours while we adventured. But we came back and he was still there and we got a good nights sleep so all in all it was acceptable.

Prostitution is bad bad here all week long and the week end is worse!do not stay here! No sleep from people make so much noise,in the rooms and out side. Management does nothing to combat it! Could be a nice place if they clean it up, prostitution, and drugs ect. Police needs to stake it out

First of all this was not the Ritz but we did not expect it to be. You could tell it was an old mom and pop motel in the past but had recently been renovated. The only thing not renovated was the carpet, which was clean but had an old pattern, and the bathroom which had the smallest tub we have ever seen (was in good shape and clean). The rate was affordable and the place was very quiet. Check in staff was friendly. Wifi and TV worked well. Breakfast not provided which was fine with us.
