Super 8 W Yarmouth Hyannis/Cape Cod

This is the place to stay in Cape Cod if you want to save a few bucks. Friendly staff, sizeable rooms.

Don't stay here. This place needs a major overhaul. We booked here and when we arrived no one was in the office. We finally were checked in and tried getting into our room, keys wouldn't work. The office manager was near our room and let us in. The door looked like someone had tried breaking into it. When we went into the room it was gross. Bed sheets were completely stained, stains all over the walls and the bathroom, floors were dirty. The manager was still outside our room, and we told him there was no way we could stay there. He didn't seem surprised at all and thankfully didn't charge us. The other red flag I had was when we checked in, they wanted a copy of my driver's license which I have never had a hotel take a copy of our driver's license. When I asked why they said because law enforcement requires it. When I asked for the copy back, after we decided not to stay there he was reluctant to give it back to me. We ended up booking at a nice place just down the road and they didn't ask for my driver's license. I would not recommend staying there. Spend a little more to get a better night's sleep.

We chose this hotel to be close to the ferry terminial for Nantucket ferries which it was. It was also an easy location for exploring Hyannis, walking to the port and lots of restaurants. Would be happy to go again.
