The beds are too high and I am handicapped - I had to sleep on the small sofa because I could not get into the bed. I asked if there was a step stool to help me get up on the bed and they gave me a side table to use. Not safe at all. Also, the water in the toilet was too high = not a good topic to speak about but when using toilet paper, your hand gets wet due to the level of the water in the toilet bowl. Not staying there again, and it taught me to ask about bed height when reserving a room at a holiday inn express

Got an upgrade to a large room with separate living kitchenette. Right next to the elevator but it is not audible. Thanks to two air conditioners, the one in the bedroom could be parked at night. Big bed. Usual breakfast offer. Nearby a few shops and restaurants. A sports bar 10 min walk. Nice staff, ample parking.

We had a mostly good experience here. This Holiday Inn Express had the features we all want: clean rooms, comfortable beds, good linens, ample parking, and wi fi. It feels and looks updated. Breakfast had six hot items (not counting the waffle maker). While it's nice to be close to I-95, we did experience some road noise. That noise would have been drowned out by the HVAC if we had left it on. We found the cold air stream that hit the bed directly distracting, so we kept the HVAC off as much as possible. That said, we'd consider staying here again.
