Trifling rooms. Bugs in room. Weed smell in room. No kind is help . I will never step food in this broke down place again. Hated it!

Don't book this hotel, very unkempt and dirty. Dried food on dining chairs, dried splatter on elevator glass. Shower handle was lying on the bottom of the shower. Put it in it's place, to get hot water for a shower you had to let it run at least 30 minutes. All ice machines off except for the one on the 3rd floor. Air conditioning only works in the rooms. When going into the halls or common area for breakfast it was a sauna. So you eat the complimentary breakfast in the suana. Worst hotel we ever stayed in never again. Rooms are dirty, refrigerator freezer was frozen with 4 inches of ice it has never been defrosted. Needs serious renovations and cleaning.

The service has worsened at this hotel unfortunately. The breakfast wasn’t good and it wasn’t monitored at all. There was food everywhere and they did not refill often enough. We also had cash stolen from our room. It was forgotten when we left for a wedding on the shuttle and missing when we returned. A police report was filed but all that was mentioned to us was an engineer entered the room to check the heat and it’s our fault for not locking up the cash! It was supposed to go with us but was mistakenly forgotten! If you can trust your items to be safe in a locked room, is it safe at all? So disappointing!
