Howard Johnson Benton Harbor

Experienced roaches 3 different nights that were almost a inch long so those mfs were eating good , contacted desk that was supposed to reach the manager and never reached back out, no compensation or anything, barely gave new towels or bedding… will not be coming back. Room 210 photos won’t upload

Very unkept hotel, nothing like pictures on website, dirty and rundown, more like a half way house than an actual Wyndham hotel. DO NOT RECCOMEND!

So many druggies, a man pooped and bathed in the pool. Room was dirty. No breakfast as advertised. Kitchens closed!!!! No heat in the pool room so you freeze. The hot tub was ice cold the heater was out as well. Elevator was broken so you had to walk flights of stairs and it was noisy from everyone having to use the stairs.
