Although the hotel is currently undergoing renovation, the staff makes up for any slight inconvenience! Even over a busy holiday weekend, we were always greeted with a smile and warm wishes. Cute Independence Day decorations in the lobby and breakfast room! The rooms were clean (we had three rooms for our family), breakfast was hot and plentiful, and there was ample grass to walk the dogs. A special thanks to Becky for handling a small hiccup at check in (full kitchen means cook-top, but not an oven) , and to John who helped when my son left a possession behind.

I had the pleasure of staying at this hotel for nearly three months, and it was one of the best hotel experiences I've had. The location was great, but what truly made my stay exceptional was the outstanding staff. I especially want to recognize Kendi from the breakfast area. Every morning, she greeted guests with a warm smile and positive attitude, always making sure everyone had everything they needed. Her kindness, professionalism, and genuine care made a lasting impression on me throughout my stay. Employees like Kendi are rare. She consistently provides exceptional customer service, represents the Hilton brand with excellence, and is the kind of employee who creates loyal, returning guests. I sincerely hope management recognizes the value she brings to the team—she has truly earned the recognition and, in my opinion, deserves a raise. Thank you, Kendi, for making my stay feel like home.

This is such a nice property. The room was comfortable and clean. Everything was working (so many times, lamps aren't functioning in hotels I've been in lately). The breakfast buffet was extensive and well set up (first time I've ever seen breakfast burrito bowls on one of these breakfast layouts). The staff was friendly and kind. I also noticed there are sidewalks on Challis Road now so it's easy to walk to Starbucks in the morning if you want to.
