Microtel Inn And Suites Canton

The nicest thing I can say is the beds and sheets were clean( although I did see a couple of stains). Shower and bathroom were ok. Hotel needs updating and more consistent, deep cleaning. They have smoking rooms and I did smell cigarettes at one point. The front desk staff was fine. The real issue was the clientele-undesirable element: I was awakened at 3:30 am by yelling and partying which went on for a time right next door. It reached another level when police were beating on their door and came back twice and made arrests! It was a bit unsettling not knowing if bullets were going to be flying or not! Not what I’m used to and I will not be going back. Have made a complaint and waiting to hear back on some form of refund as I barely slept at all because of safety concerns.

We stayed at motel 6 in canton Ga and it was late I was tired but Amara’s hospitality friendliness efficiency and was outgoing thank you for making my long day not a long night to slept well rooms clean and it was amazing coming back here for sure when I’m in canton

Cockroaches, disgusting room. See photos. Unbelievably disgusting room, I have no words. The whole building needs to be found condemned and torn down. Theres no fixing this. I am not a fussy person, but I am disgusted. Did some reading and Cockroaches will avoid coming out in daylight unless it is a HUGE infestation and they are desperate. I saw many during the day.... They also apparently leave a musty smell that makes you sick when there is a bad infestation, and the room was thick with it the second the AC was off. Beyond disgusting. Something smeared on walls in bathroom... also in the main area. You are also unable to request to not be disturbed at any time, no door signs allowed, goes against their policy. Which is insane. Can't get a hold of customer service. Go figure.
