Knights Inn Grand Rapids

DO NOT STAY HERE THERES USED NEEDLES AND CONDOMS IN THE PARKING LOT THEY LET HOMELESS LIVE HERE IT NEEDS TO BE CONDEMED IM REPORTING THE HOTEL TO THE HEALTH DEPARTMENT ROACHES EVERYWARE STAY SOME WHERE ELSE!!!!

The staff was completely rude I stayed there for a week the housekeepers are rude everyone worked there was rude I didn't know like you couldn't ask for a sheet cuz my son was really sick we went there so when I would ask him for a sheet or something they would get mad and they would bring me one hours later cuz my son was sick. I would never stay there again it was not worth the money the room is not bad but the carpets stand up and the other people that stay there were like partying and fighting it was a disaster I clean up the room when I left the machines didn't work the vending machines didn't work I would not recommend this I would say go find a different place for the same price.

We were there last weekend. The rooms were clean and the staff was friendly. The only issue is we could hear people walking upstairs. Walls are thin. Other than that it was a nice stay. If i am in the area again I would stay here.
