Granada Inn Motel

A few hours after check in I discovered a BED BUG crawling across the bed! I immediately informed the office of my finding, and the response was "sorry". They then informed me they do not issue refunds. Unable to use the room, I checked out and found other accommodations. The rooms and facility as a whole were outdated and rundown. DO NOT STAY HERE unless you want to travel home with bed bugs.

Booked the room online for $74 for an overnight last minute trip for work, It was pretty much the only place that vacancy last minute. The man working the counter in the office was nice. The Hotel itself was a little run down and dumpy, the room was clean, everything worked as it should. My only complaint is that it smelt misty and smokey, but for a last minute place to crash it served its purpose

Arrived at 4:30 and again at 6:30 = no one at front desk for check in, finally located a second phone number, called and two ladies arrived to assist my check in. The external appearance of the motel remains me of a slum house. Breakfast included is a joke better yet a sham - pitiful. Very disappointed with this motel.
