Americas Best Value Inn Marquette

We stayed for Northern Michigans University’s graduation, so our room was just short of 250 a night. Our room had water so hot you couldn’t shower. When brought to the front desk’s attention, I received a big sigh and “I’ll go check the basement”. After waiting for more than 10 minutes I went back up to my room figuring I would be advised how this would be resolved. No one ever addressed the situation. So no shower for any of us for graduation. No new room offered nothing. We also booked with them because there was a pool, that also as not available. Breakfast was some white bread and snack bars. Book somewhere else

The employees are complete drug addicts when we tried to call and turn the employee in she hung up on us and come to find out blocked my number my husband tried calling and his number was also blocked after we were walking our dog and witnessed a young lady smoking some kind of pipe with the window open

Recently remodeled motel. Looks good inside, but very noisy. We heard everyone coming up and down the hall until late at night. Very small and cramped shower and toilet also. Not actually in Marquette, but in Harvey, to the east of Marquette.
