Comfort Suites (Escanaba)

The Comfort Suites is a nice place to stay! The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was very clean, spacious, and well kept. Didn't really use any of the amenities. The breakfast had many cold and hot options. The only drawback for the breakfast was, not really enough seating. Although people were coming and going, I could see there might be times when there might potentially not be enough seating available. Otherwise, a nice establishment!

Was told upon arrival that they would not accept AARP. Had to be aat booking. 1st time ever. Desk clerk could only recite room details. breakfast time etc. No customer interaction.. Large room, fairly clean. Dropped off luggage returned late at night. Blackout curtain missing. Parking lot lights kept us awake. Informed staff the next morning. They said they were aware of the problem. Assigned us the room anyway. No apologies, just a shrug. Really poor customer service.

terrible hotel! hot tub is NEVER working. dirty rooms and pool area. the workers are the most disrespectful workers i’ve ever had. we had 2 rooms, you’re allowed 6 people to a room. we had 12 people. they charged us an extra $250 on top of our room because they saw more people on their cameras. if 6 people are allowed to a room why did we get charged for over occupying? will NEVER be coming here again.
