The Hilton Garden Inn Plymouth

We had to change rooms day 1 because the room door was so stiff (rubbing on floor) we could barely get it open. They have a plumbing issue- maintenance came up twice for a clogged toilet. The shower curtain is not wide enough and water leaks into the bathroom and room-this may explain why the flooring is loose in the bathroom. The entry floor is sticky and bathroom cabinets need dusting- we are Hilton gold members and can’t believe the condition of both rooms we had. The carpet in the hall needs a good cleaning.

Stayed at this hotel as it was suggested for a family wedding. comfortable room ( I had a single king bed room) Due to a tight wedding schedule, I did not have the opportunity to use the pool, gym, or the bar. Located right off of the Sheldon rd exit on M-14, which made it easy to get to.

Unfortunately this hotel needs a lot of improvement. The rooms are very old . There was a hole in the bathroom wall and water from the shower would leak out into the actual room every time anyone showered. We stayed three nights and requested room cleaning and no one ever cleaned the room. There are not enough workers. This place is like a 1980s Days Inn. Lastly, it is very expensive. Find a newer, less expensive hotel in the area.
