NIGHTMARE RUDE staff of complete unprofessionals. If you asked them for anything they literally rolled their eyes at you. I felt like I was being gaslit for 12 days. . MISERABLE accomodations. My room was falling apart. Windows falling out of the frame. Only one working roll of toilet paper that was so far away from the toilet. It needed its own ZIP code. Drapes that don't shock properly. You walk through the hallways and you can't even look out the windows. They are so filthy. DISGUSTING rooms. Housekeeping has to be 5-year-olds who have never cleaned their room once. Never got a clean bathtub. Had never got a clean bathroom floor. Never had clean sheets. Mind you I was there for over 12 days. The smallest trash cans you've ever seen. There's no choice but to have garbage flow over. Honestly the worst hotel experience ever. Our HR has been notified to never. Never. Never. Never book our company or our company's guests in this poorly managed facility ever again.

Viewing the Soo Locks, connecting Lake Superior and Lake Huron , has been on our bucket list. Traveling in the fall features fewer crowds and cooler (hopefully) temperatures. So we made our way North, hoping for a vintage experience at the Hotel Ojibway. The best I can say is that it was clean, quiet and our bed was very comfortable. It was also centrally located and a very short walk to the Locks. Hot tub, in basement level, was working. There is a very small workout area and a guest laudry. However .... *front desk staff was not particularly helpful or friendly, *the air conditioner in our room was not working ( front desk offered a fan; luckily we were able to open the windows and got decent airflow) *the ice machine was broken * there was no restaurant ( as advertised) * there was no pool. In fact a large section of the ground level was under some kind of construction If we ever head that way again, we will try a hotel on the Canadian side of the Locks.

Disappointed in our stay here. It's not the hotel it used to be. Mainly Government workers for the lock next door being built and a bunch of DNR officers. I did not see any regular people there. The restaurant is not there any more and it just seemed to be not maintained very much. A/c didn't work either.
