Don’t waste your time coming here if something as simple as having a different first name on your payment card is the only problem. They’ll send you back to the streets even if you reserved a room on booking.com. Awful customer service

Room was large. Bed was comfortable, I have back problems, I woke up pain free. My husband swam in the pool, I did not too cold. My husband said jokingly, "It does not feel bad once your body numbs up". Lol He was in it for about 20 minutes. The owner was polite. By nice experience.

The room smelled & looked very clean and fresh. The room was a 2 bed and was very spacious. The bathroom was huge. The staff was friendly and welcoming. They are doing some renovations, but it all still looked nice. They had a nice area for our pets to go to, even a little area near with patio furniture if you wanted to sit outside. I would DEFINITELY stay here again if in the area.
