Baymont Inn & Suites Southfield/Detroit

Nasty nasty nasty nasty please don’t take kids omg they need to shut it down or get new management this is sad in Southfield so embarrassing it’s bugs mold pool nasty my kids shoes got stolen at the pool they got folks staying in there like it’s a shelter it’s stink you can smell mold I called the health department on them the people who work there look like they own drugs omg Please don’t waste your money don’t !!!!! It’s so nasty I just can’t believe they up running still

Carpet was wet room, roaches in the microwave and floor. Pillows very small one roll of tissue, Frigidaire was leaning, TV wasn't working. Did charge my room but that room didn't have the cable also the TV wasn't working properly. No ice bucket just ice bag. Elevator out had to take steps.

This place is disgusting. There’s mold behind the AC and in bathroom. I saw roaches crawling around. And we have a three day stay, we couldn’t get fresh towels, or an ice bucket. Will not be back to this one. Front seat was amazing, and the area is good. Hotel definitely not cleaned like it should be.
