Quality Inn Southfield

This was one of the worst hotels I ever stayed in. I was there a day and a half and was grossed out so I had to cancel the remaining days there. They promised me a refund which never came and after a month and a half of dealing with their management, they said I was out of luck and revoked their promise of a refund. SO not only is their hotel a dirty place, but they are also liars on anything they will do about it

I've stayed here several times. The biggest need for this location is to upgrade their amenities and decor. The furniture and decor in the rooms are very outdated. The mattresses are not firm enough . The front area could use a good pressure washing. The location is convenient and the place is quiet. Just wish they would put more money into the decor and amenities. Upgrade the breakfast also.

Blood stains- yes blood on the secondary covers I don’t believe the sheets has been changed - wrinkled and not fresh looking A staff member offered to take care of the issue. Upon return we had a short sheet fitted sheet and a piss poor fuzzy spread- The second layer has been completely left off. Shout out to Lysol! I travel with it. I had to demand enough towels for a party of three - I was told only two sets per room and I’d have to find a maid to see if I could get any additional towels. 🤷🏽‍♀️ Overall room dirty- not dusted and trash was in the desk chair back Beds were like concrete and the pillows just plain sorry. Chairs in the breakfast area need to be thrown away- filthy on another level- Who wants to sit on that and eat? The ice machine was just nasty- garbage cans positioned near the opening. Although this was not a vacation I still had expectations of better than what was presented in terms of quality. This motel needs an overhaul in management, furnishings, staff and training.
