Thank you, Catherine, for helping me find the toiletry bag that I had left behind in my room...and didn't realize it until unpacking at the Grand Hotel on Mackinac Island... After we talked and I had planned to stop by, on my return journey to the airport - you called and offered to have the bag delivered to the airport on arriving there, instead of me figuring out if/how to divert our group over there. Alex arrived well ahead of our bus arrival. He proceeded to kindly communicate and coordinate the perfect moment to swing by and hand me my toiletry bag.

Beautiful place with exceptional service. We felt like royalty in every aspect of our stay and the location in downtown Traverse City was perfect.
