Crossings by GrandStay Inn & Suites

Housingkeeping staff steal from disabled patrons when items are left behind. Called the hotel asking for eyeglasses, glass case, swimsuit and beach towel, but was told they're not in lost & found. The items were left in a locked room where only staff has, not in a lobby or open area. BEWARE, THEY STEAL!

STAY AWAY - picture is not what it is built up to be. Sraff are a fake "welcoming" as well Be Aware - Your room may be put in the middle of the local Farm Hands - they are up late washing laundery and the ice machine constantly being used late and early in the AM Do yourself a favor and move on from this hotel

4 stars? This is one of the first times that I feel like the Trip Advisor rating led me astray. Our room smelled terribly musty, we had fruit flies, 2 regular flies, the carpet was stained and sticky we didn't feel comfortable with our shoes off. This was the worst hotel experience we have had in years. Would not recommend staying here.
