Chose the location because of its closeness to the airport. The first impression was a very rude and unfriendly desk clerk. She was very short with her answers and condescending. No where in our reservation process or in the information on the website was there mention of a parking fee - $15 in outside lot, $25 undergound. If we had known this it would have been cheaper to stay at another, just as close, hotel. The elevator flooring was lifting and coming loose. Not only is it ugly but it could easily be a tripping hazard. The whole hotel has become more scruffy since our last stay here about 5 years ago. The room air conditioner blew directly onto the bed on the window side. It was very uncomfortable, a simple deflector would have solved the problem. In the breakfast room, we were there at the opening of the doors and the garbage cans were full. No alternative to put our waste. Conclusion: We will only stay here again as a last resort.

Location amazing staff amazing room clean , no noise, walls are thick very comfortable beds. Front desk personal named Monet D 100% amazing you need more like her super hard working and service minded she needs a raise or a promotion Wow!
