BEST WESTERN PLUS MINNEAPOLIS-

Absolutely disgusting. Health department has shut down the pool, can’t use any of the stairs, garbage all over the place, unhygienic humans working there, nothing was clean. We didn’t it make it to our room and I asked for a refund. Still had to pay for one night. Almost ruined our whole experience of being near Minneapolis. Horrible!! Gross!!

Do not stay at this hotel ! They will charge you a $100 "security deposit" at check-in and will not give you a refund, they take your money, every time. My bed had bed bugs, and my ankles had numerous bite marks in the morning.

Do not stay here. No wifi. Pool closed by health dept. Entire lobby smelled of marijuana. Room was gross. We packed up and left after 90 min. The photos and reviews on the 3rd party website we had to book through for a soccer tourney DID NOT match what I discovered on the actual hotels website I found after arrival.
