CHANHASSEN INN

Cleanliness was horrible and there were unsanitary items in the hot tub. Our room was disgusting. They would not refund me my money. They put us in a new room. The entire hotel was not clean.

Rates were a little high for the quality of room. Room was nice but bathrooms need to be updated. Facility was nice with a good breakfast.

Very sorry to say this place is not a place you want to stay. If you have a problem it is your fault. They take no responsibility for anything that’s wrong. If you try to talk to staff , it needs to be in writing I guess. Telling someone doesn’t count.
