BEST WESTERN CHASKA RIVER INN & SUITES

Not suitable if you like having in house entertainment in the day or night. Premier Room was small for 1 adult and 2 under 12’s - nothing premier either. Food on some nights ok but majority of dishes tepid. Spent a lot of money outside the hotel - am used to jet2 all inc holiday and this was below par by far. Good location but that’s it.

We booked a room for 5 nights. I asked for a wake up call. No I asked for coffee after 9:30 a.m. The answer was No. On our 3rd day here I asked for more soap and shampoo. Nope. Zero. WE COULDN'T EVEN GET MORE SOAP!!!! On the last day I asked for a late check-out and again I was told No. 5 nights and over $500 and we couldn't get some soap!!!

Upon entry looked fine and we had two nights booked. Cheap as all hell but comes at a costly bugger. They have an infestation of bedbugs everywhere. Do not stay here look for a motel 6 or something...you will regret staying here. Had to put everything I brought in to the hotel out in the truck to freeze them dead. We also had talked to management and they switched us rooms but that room was just as bad. Pull up mattress and bed linens to make sure...this hotel will be seeing a lawsuit in the near future. We had also posted on chaska underground on facebook and some of the employees had replied laughing as if they knew that the hotel is infested with bed bugs. Bad bad bad do not ever stay here and I hope the hotel dies with this review.
